Shipping policy
Postage & Packing:
We charge Postage and Packing based on the order value and weight of the parcel for delivery in UK mainland. On occasions we may offer free delivery to UK mainland and the information shall be available on the website and at the time of checkout. Working days are Monday to Friday, orders are not posted at the weekends. All orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 12 noon.
All goods are delivered via our courier partners, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD, goods are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days. If you prefer to have your goods sooner, next working day delivery can be arranged, our daily cut off time for this service is 11.00am. Please contact us for current prices for this service.
Delays:
In the event of the delay in delivery, please note that Toy House Mcr cannot be held liable for something which is out of our control. No refund is allowed where the courier company has failed to deliver the item on a particular service. For example an item delivered through 24 hour service and the customer not receiving the item in the given time due to delay by the courier company.
Failed Delivery:
Toy House Mcr is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the parcel is returned to us and no longer wanted, we will refund the order costs minus any postage costs. If free delivery was given, we will refund the order minus £3.99 to cover our costs.
If a courier company has tried to deliver the parcel and nobody is present to accept the delivery, the driver will leave the failed delivery card through the letterbox then it will become the customer’s responsibility to re-arrange the delivery with them. The parcel will be held at a local depot for upto 5 days before it is returned to us. In this event, it will be customer's responsibility to pay for failed and re-delivery charge incurred.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 5 days. Returned goods must be in the same condition and packaging, with labels intact. After inspection, refunds will be issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note, the cost of the return shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer.
